Penny has had a total reroot. The hair is a lovely soft curly yellow nylon hair. This style of hair can not be brushed. She wears a hand made dress and pink shoes. She has not had any touch up paintwork to her face at all. NB: The stand is for display only and not included in the sale of the doll.
