A little charmer with Attitude

NOTE:

Original Photo of the little boy who was the first owner of Charlie. This Photo has stayed with the horse since new and has been handed down through the generations as it has always been in the same family. A rare find to have genuine provenance to go with the little horse, the child is clearly in Victorian dress.

F H Ayres circa 1920/30s

A very rare Tiny doll size rocking horse at only 26" high to the top of his head.

A perfect size to display with dolls and bears, and he doesn't take up much room.

He has all his original paint and has not been over painted. All his leather tack is original including the tiny metal stirrups, brass studs and rosettes. His mane is original and his tail is a replacement which has been carefully matched to his mane. The stand has been cleaned and wax polished. It has "A W Gamage LTD London" stencil applied to the base of the stand. A cute little horse and in excellent condition.
